At what time can I check-ing in and out?

• Check-in: from 12:00 PM
• Check-out: by 12:00 PM. Asking at the reception would be possible to agree a late check-out.

May I check-ing in after 12:00 PM?

• Yes, the reception is open 24/24

Are credit Card accepted?

• Yes, we accept the major credit card like American Express, Visa, Diners, Mastercard, JCB and bancomat.

Can disabled people freely move in your hotel?

• Yes, there are not architectural barriers in public areas but pointed out that the rooms are not equipped with private facilities for the disabled.

• However we would like to inform you that we prefer to have a direct contact with you in order to understand and satisfy every needs.

Does the hotel have a parking?

• Yes, the hotel have a free parking and a couvered garage at the daily rate of € 10.00

Does the hotel offer internet access?

• Yes, every room disposes of a cable free internet access. Free Wi-Fi internet access is also available in public area.

Does the hotel accept pets?

• Yes, pest are welcome.

La Spa è accessibile anche per clienti esterni?

• Si la Spa è accesibile anche per i clienti esterni ed è preferibile effettuare una prenotazione telefonica onde evitare inutile attese. 

Does the hotel have a cancellation policy?

• The hotel acceepts free cancellation within 3 days before arrival in low season, within 5 days before arrival in mid season and within 7 days before arrival in high season. 

• However we prefer to be contacteb by guests before charging the credit card as we would like to value any case.
